Borage, Peppermint, Lavender, Sandalwood

Therapeutic Actions: anti-inflammatory, analgesic, immunity boost, stimulant, decongestant. 

This blend is lovely to alleviate a stress and/or sinus headache. The strong Italian peppermint and beautiful French lavender really make this aroma amazing and effective. Adding Sandalwood is wonderful to calm the stress and borage is horomone balancing.

Roll into your hands, rub your hands together, cup your nose and breath in deeply. 5 - 10 Deep breaths.  Careful this Italian Peppermint is strong. Rub the rest on the back of your neck.   

Contraindication: Do not use in the first trimester of pregnancy. Do not use on children under the age of 7.
